Dear Fr. Valentino,
I apologize, but the delay has not depended on us, because the payment of the first phase of the Project CA20/2373 has been passed on to the Company for some time. Brazil, like other countries, are going through difficult times (Pandemic). The transportation of materials to reach us has been a nuisance, because the trajectory on highways of the same requires care of logistics. We inform you that the Project is in progress and we will need a little more time to complete this first phase, and send to Caritas accountability about it.
All houses have solar panels installed, and internal and external installation is currently being carried out so that the clock can be updated with a period of fifteen days by the responsible agency. We send the attached photos.
We thank Cáritas Antoniana for the patience with us, because God is present in the one who is poor, fragile and, often without hope for better days.
