Questa è una Congregazione nata in Kenya, ma che offre il suo apostolato in vari Paesi, tra i quali il Malawi.
Sr. Mary è una infermiera dell’ospedale Pirimiti e ne è anche la direttrice. È nato nel 1950 e serve una popolazione di circa 44.000 persone. È l’ospedale di riferimento per i 5 centri sanitari del territorio.
Ha un numero di pazienti mensili pari a 1.500, 270 parti, e 70 ricoveri.
L’ospedale ha già acquistato 6 letti grazie ad un contributo di € 3.000 dalla SPICMA, ma la necessità è di 30 letti per il reparto di isolamento.
A noi chiedono intanto 15 letti.
La diocesi troverà i soldi per acquistare i materassi per i letti donati.
